I suggest using @jamesnoob he is extremely fast and efficient.  Only question I have for you as what is your strength level and how do you want it trained?  NMZ? Sand crabs? Or?

sadly my strength is 50 and I'd prefer whichever is fastest.

He  did 45-75 attack for me with only 30 strength in roughly 5 days
