No what gave you trade with caution is that you accused a guy of scamming you and an hour later you asked to buy 300m from the guy who you accused or scamming. Which makes me believe you're gonna charge back the PayPal.

    cause he offered me a reduced rate lol..... I don't believe it was him I believe it was his worker... this has nothing to do with that, I simply want my GP back and am willing to pay for it. Im all for using a middle man I prefer it but I do not have have cryptos. Ask BestCaper himself, I haven't charged back the PayPal lol
