Hello everyone I have a question. 

I know you need to have atleast 100 post to sell an account, but why can I not reply on people their account sales. is it correct you need 100 posts to buy an account asswell? 

I don't think there are any rules preventing you from buying an account with < 100 post count

no you dont need 100 posts to buy an account.

only for selling accounts you need 100+ posts

Probably permissions - there's no way for them to determine if you're a seller/buyer if you're under 100pc. You can pm the seller though?

Yes it's possible to pm them, but I think it's really annoying and they need to change it
