update: figured out a work around for this issue, looks very suspicious though. 

If your inventory is full and a higher value item drops, it should replace it. But it isn't?

correct, as for example iron ore,  lvl 53 zombie drops both noted and unnoted itll go back and forth dropping one picking the other back up then dropping that one and picking the other one back up in an endless loop. For anything that's stackable or noted ex: arrows, rune or the iron ore noted, itll use the value of the stack as one of the individual item. so if i have an unnoted iron ore on the ground and 30 noted in my inv itll drop the noted and  pick up the unnoted, and that loop will go on or if i have something on the ground that is priced higher than a single arrow or rune itll drop the entire stack of xx rune or xx arrow to pick one of the item up  and depending on how the script if feeling that day itll either keep that or start the loop or drop the item again pick up the first item it dropped then keep the first item. Ill try to find an example of it.

Investigating, turn off eat at bank for now

 

Edit: next update has a different approach, should be live within 24 hours.

I think I get what you are saying, I think its because of the noted / unnoted

Investigating now

 

Edit: Next update should have some useful information for me in the logger, please give it another go in 24 hours or so, and post anything the logger shows here when it gets stuck
