It might seem like a bit of a dumb question, but does jagex link accounts through recovery email? Like if I have 10 accounts, never been on same ip, never interacted with each other, can they still be linked if the accounts all share the same recovery email?

They can check that manually. When someone gets accused on the subreddit for RWTing or botting Jmods usually ban all accounts they can find of that person

 

But im pretty sure they dont do it automatically, I had pures banned and my main is linked to the same email and hasnt been banned
