You want 70/70/70 with 80+ mage and range to efficiently kill zulrah.
GP per hour is dependant on your drops.

With all 99's from zulrah I get about 2-3m an hour depending on the drops. If I get more rares then I obviously make more money per hour and vice versa. I usually just use void but that still seems to get the job done and it's cost effective.

Depends on your levels also.. with 75 mage, 75 range it will be 1-1.5m an hour. with 85+ stats like 2-2.5 an hour.
