October 14, 20187 yr So, I have this happen on several new accounts.. I have been on the same connection as when the account was created so I am not sure what is causing it but more of my issues is I can not unlocked the account!! I go to the account recovery page and enter my info... It redirects me saying a problem has occurred. It says I need to do it from in the game.. so I login and repeat this whole process.. Any tips to get the accounts back? Update: Turns out if you do it from the RS3 client.. IT WORKS! Edited October 14, 20187 yr by ECOSRS

October 14, 20187 yr Have you verified your email address? This sometimes results in Auto-Lock if the accounts email address has not been verified ( not your login email address the one jagex emails you with that you apply in account settings)
