I would really love if there was a gambling script for "public chat" instead of "CC". Doesn't have to have anything but having Dicing would be really good. I see these bots always in the G.E. Does anyone know anything about where these scripts come from and if it's possible for us to get our hands on one? Please let me know thank you.

They are usually private scripts,
I don't know if liverares betting post does public but that is on sdn so you can have a look 

I would love something like this as well. I'm working on making my own atm but am needing a little help with the script.
