Idfix Posted October 9, 2018 Posted October 9, 2018 Hello everyone, I have bought an account a while ago, which Jagex locked. They suspect it has been "stolen", since I have a different IP adress and location as the original owner. The OO hasn't been online on skype for a long time, can't locate him on facebook or instagram either. I can get it the acc back with account recovery, however I don't want to waste my chance. So my question is; how much info do I have to provide for a succesfull recovery? I know 2 previous e-mails, one previous password and current password of course. No billing details, no internet provider. But I do know his name and date of birth but it's irrelevant for the form. Can anyone give me advice? Thanks
