Idfix
If I want to train an account to make it withstand attacks from monsters/players/whatever, what is the quickest/easiest way to do it? I of course I know hp xp is gained trough combat, and having defence also helps, but that's not efficient to train on it's own. Is it needed/really beneficial to train attack? Magic/Ranged combo? Thanks
Solution
If you want to have high HP for pking, train your magic through salarin the twisted. Other than that the fastest hp xp/hr is going to be the fasted combat xp/hour -> chinning or barraging/bursting stuff
Idfix
And for 10-50 for example? Withes house, then maybe waterfall and then train strenght? Or start training magic? I'm sorry maybe I didn't clarify it enough.

If you're going to skip the defence levels I would invest into some magic/ranged levels instead, this way you're still able to benefit. Thanks for the advice man, appreciate it :). You too Solution. As far and as valuable as one bond can take me I guess hahah
Valiant One
Chinning and bursting will give you massive amounts of hp xp, but that's not very friendly on your GP. Other than that you are really stuck with combat and maybe some quests.
