Doubt you got banned after 4yrs, first time botting. You was probably flagged for a ban, you must of done something else.

they can detect that your using a 3rd party client but they cant tell witch one your useing

so on there screen they see your using a 3rd party client & gaining alot of exp while logged in using it, so  anyone smart will see that your botting

 

to avoid this use mirror mode and dont bot for long periods of time
