Perfect RC Not working?

Hi guys/girls as title says, the perfect RC isnt working anymore for me, it loads up and then just sits there "calculating" unsure of this issue never come across it with any of the "perfect" bots. normally works flawless so im abit stuck, ive tried installing and stuff just nothing seems to be working, hoping some of you guys can shed some light on the subject
