I need 70 Agility perferably done with Priest in Peril.

I need 50 Theive.

I need 43 Prayer. - optional. - will be 11 with priest in peril done.

I need 70 Hunter.

May I ask why one would make a skiller HC and ruin it with 43 prayer?

just gonna say that its probably for quests.

however, getting 43 prayer on a hc with 10 hp would be tricky. you might have to get a cannon first to kill stuff quick enough, otherwise your best bet would be using normal bone respawns. This is a pretty tall order.

Its going to be a 10 hp pk account.

the prayer is optional.

if its a pk account then why is it a hardcore? surely you will die with 10hp in pvp.

there are very few 10hp HCIM with the prayer on the market 

ive seen a few 10hp reg ironmen with decent stats people making accounts like kempQ's

but if you wanna hit your requirements you might want to change your title to regular ironman or order it on a hcim as a service

Yea i want an ironman, I see alot of regular accounts with 10 hp and 70 agility, but they are worthless i need an ironman to not gain hp when i pk.
