Sean Jamieson Posted August 14, 2018 Posted August 14, 2018 I had an account banned say 5 years ago now by a "non bot" service provider whom used a bot. This resulted in a perm ban. My fault I know for trusting them but hey, it's done now. This account has huge sentimental value to me for the name alone. I've tried the appeal, I've tried account recovery. Do I have an options left? Or is it just a lost cause at this point.

But I believe the last name release was a while ago don't know when the next one will be. They usually post a topic on official forums about it.
