I had an account banned say 5 years ago now by a "non bot" service provider whom used a bot.

This resulted in a perm ban.

My fault I know for trusting them but hey, it's done now.

This account has huge sentimental value to me for the name alone.

I've tried the appeal, I've tried account recovery.

Do I have an options left?

Or is it just a lost cause at this point.

They did yes, they denied it.

Start a new account and stop Cry about it. very simpel.

I do have another account, one of higher stats, quite significantly actually. 

I wouldn’t say I was crying either, I was asking for advice, in the relevant section of the forums.

They do I forget how long. But I believe the last name release was a while ago don't know when the next one will be. They usually post a topic on official forums about it.
