Get out, get a hobby, start playing a sport, make something else take more of your time so you dont have any time over for runescape...

 

I always laugh at this. Basically you are too addicted to really quit, seeing as you need to fill in that time you used to play RuneScape on, but on the other hand you feel burned out... Guess I've never been addicted. ?
