Cant recover my Osbot account

i just made this account to post here.

i recently came back to playing RS again and tried logging in to my old osbot account wihout success. im not sure if its somehow been deleted maybe? the password was auto filled and i rarely had to enter it. when i try to recover the password i enter the only email that it should be but it says it couldnt find a member account with that email.

any help would be appreciated, Thanks.

 

i just read some other posts about passwords not working but they are still able to login. not sure if its the same issue.

can anybody help me out? i have premium scripts on the account i need to recover.
