Why it should be removed: False Feedback from random user who joined literally 20 minutes ago.

Details: I have never communicated or traded with this user. Completely random feedback out of no-where... I am still confused why he left it.

User has been notified of the dispute and asked to reply here explaining what went on. 

Doesn't look like the user is going to come on, considering they made their account yesterday left the feedback and haven't been on since. I've removed it for now, if they have solid evidence they're always welcome to re-open this and provide it, but for now this will be closed.
