Before anyone tells me to update, I'm on a mac so everything java related updates through the mac app store and I'm all updated. So, my problem is that when I press the log in button nothing happens. Any help would be appreciated!

Have you simply restarted the client? Works for me whenever the client is a little buggy.

what does it say on the log/console?

if  it says failed to login then

try to capitalize the first letter of your name

try login with your email instead of your username

Things to do :

1) Capitalize your first letter of your name

2) If you have a space between 2 names it should be e.g: Master_Chief . With an underscore.

3) Use your e-mail to logg in.

It could also be just an error, please take a screenshot of your bot and the box underneath it with the green text, and upload it to tinypic and post it here. Try the things I suggested above though first.

You're most likely getting a green error in the log, by posting it here we'll be able to help you faster.
