Made him an offer (which I really low balled) and, coincidentally, he said someone else offered less than me and he tried to drop my price by 10m. I offered his “new” price he set, contingent on him showing me a screenshot of this “other offer”, to which he replied “I’ll just go with the other guy”. Seems sketchy...
