I think the maximum signature image size for free OSBot users should be limited to 800x800. Not only is 800x400 bad, it also limits images. I don't see why this has to be VIP+... There could also be an option box to tick so you can change it to 400x800.

Mhm not quite sure. If this doesn't get abused with hell alot big images from free members then sure.

Tall images are quite annoying, however can be annoying. I think larger signatures with higher usergroups is more ideal and these sizes aren't too bad.
