Hi all,

 

is there anything i can do to reset a password on alternative account? I do not know email it was registered with but it has all of my prior purchases on (have been away from RS for few months.

 

I know the username 

Make a post under the refunds/appeals sections (either Warning appeals or Forum Ban appeals) where only you and a staff member can see it. There we can verify your information and help return the account.
