Is there a link to benefits you get when buying VIP? I want to share my bot account with my premium scripts with my friends, am i able to do that without VIP? or is it VIP only? or is not even allowed even with VIP?

You are not allowed to share your OSBot account with friends etc but as for VIP features you can see them here.
