Basicly trying to get 70/70/70 accounts, seeing them at 1 pray and with no rockcakes to save time whats the way to reach an healthy way of absorption potions starting at lowest stats possible

You would have to use food until you can get enough points for absorbs. 

Try to set it up so you only have 1-2 NPC's attacking you per time.

at 60 60 60 get obsidian armor set with b necklace and obby sword.

Then just use food and super combat potion till you get like 20k points, takes 5 mins and then buy absorbs and start from there!
