Explanation: Kim started a verry expensive service for me, he decided to up the price, we agreed both on this,then he decided to let a friend of him continue, we both agreed on this while TOS stays the same, then his friend quitted on this and Kim decided to continue this service, eventually Kim decided to quit thiss service and we both agreed on a refund for the remaining points (660m total to refund) he refunded 100m and told me the rest will come, he kept on telling me he was on summer vacation, now a few months later he doesnt respond anymore and i saw another dispute from someone about Kim recovering an account, so i think its now the time to make my dispute... i hope this gets solved soon because he was such a nice guy...

I've notified @Kim to this dispute as well, we'll see if they come online to respond.

@Kim has been banned for scamming, should they wish to return they'll need to refund you the remaining service cost.
