Hey guys! I feel like it would be a great idea to start doing SOTW's. (Signature Of the Week)

Competition between the graphic artists here at OsBot.

 

It will spark up the graphics section, and honestly bring some more creativity to the forums, as well as possible opportunity's.

 

I myself, love taking place in SOTW contests. They always help me find inspiration. And I mean c'mon, what guy doesn't like competition.

 

Would work as the Graphic's Moderator would pick a theme and a set of guidelines, best signature that follows the criteria wins.

Yeah man, it would be cool. Could be hosted by the Official OSBot Admins / Moderators and the winner gets 1 month of VIP or something

Wouldn't even need to be that big.

Think the site should add awards. Like the little icons when do things right around here.

 

There doesn't have to be a reward tbh, The point is to show your creations and winning itself is a reward high enough imo

There will be SOTW contests happening soon enough. I have overheard Kati and Koy talking about them, and I will make sure to refer them to this thread for them to see that people in the community want them.

This, but still worth a shot, there should be a siggy of the month for a prize though, or a rank called Competition Winner, and every month it's updated.

Or another thing you could do is implement a box at the bottom of the homepage advertising the signature. Kinda like Runemart.

As Riskeh said. SOTW may be too frequent. Perhaps a larger time-frame than a week is necessary.

Me and Kati have already talked about it, when she is ready to set one up we'll get it together. It will probably be SOTF (Signature of the Fortnight, 2 weeks).
