Ban question

Featured Replies

Hey,

I have an account that got hacked while I wasn't playing OSRS and they got it a 48 hour ban. When I came back I recovered it and the J Mods quashed it as they knew it wasn't me that committed the offense. My question is if I bot on that account will the first ban be a 48 hour again because the first one was quashed, or will it be a perm as the account already had a 48 hour ban at one point?

Thanks

I'd say likely a perm ban, but who knows one of my semi-main accounts has been banned twice for 2 days but the bans were like 2 years apart if it was closer together think it would've resulted in a perm.

That's a shame, but thanks for the heads up. I guess I'll have to train it manually.

It is possible to receive a 2-day ban after quashing bans.

However it doesn't mean it will definitely happen. As always, don't bot on an account you're not willing to lose.
