Telegrab Support

Featured Replies

Lets say you have a GroundItem instance and you want to cast a telegrab spell on it. I have had no luck with any of the selectEntityOption or selectOption methods in the API, also I noticed some have a MouseDestination Parameter, but correct me if i'm wrong, you're unable to get a destination for when you use a spell on an item?

I think your wrong. You just have to make sure the spell is selected in the spellbook and you use the right noun & action to select the groundItem with the spell

You can do this. Just look at my Magic Training Arena thread, the thing I'm moving is actually an item on the ground and not an object/NPC.

You just have to interact with the spell's interface first, then on the item on the ground.

I think i know why it's not working, the item is on a table and the mouse heads for the center of the tile (which the table offsets it due to being higher) so it cannot find for some reason :o?

I have no idea if this'll work, but try changing "z"'s value, so make it -1 or 1...idk

Thats not really going to help you.

Maybe you should use:

selectOption(null, Item.getMouseDestination(), Action);
