I'd recommend not making a new account and waiting until it's fixed, it wastes member space and if you ever get banned, you can easily evade on that since you can logon with the same ip but not register.

The alternative way off fixing the issue fand making a new account is allowed it's not a rule but not sure if Kati will add it to the rule, also if you get IPBanned you won't be able to access the forums, also this issue with "Already logged in" is very common and is fixed in BETA version 1.3.1, also if this is happening in BETA version 1.3.1 could you tell me because I haven't had any issues.
