I bought the fruity zulrah bot, 20 minutes later my acount was banned, not a problem but i want a refund for the bot that i didnt get to use for long. i contacted fruity already but he wont reply. how do i go about this.

When to not do a refund request.

  • If the purchased product is near it's expiring date
  • If the purchased script is broken, unless it's broken for over a week, or if the script is continuously broken
  • If you don't want the script just 24 hours after you bought the script
  • If your Runescape account gets banned or you have no use for the script anymore, that's your own risk
  • A refund request will be denied after 1 month of having the script.
