Hello All,

I know this may not look attracting, new user... no posts... wanting to buy account....
First of all, if anything needs to be done through a verified middleman I can do so no problem.  (Realistically this is the only way I see doing this)
Secondly, I would like to add the person doing my job over Skype, Facebook, on whatever fast way to communicate. (Cell/phone is good too)
I want to keep updated with the job and I want easy communication and I also want the one doing my job to know i'm 100% on board.
I want everyone to know that this is a very important job that I need done as a present do a younger brother.

I will be providing all the money for Cannoning if need be. (I pay you for time)

I DO NOT care if this account is botted.
I DO NOT care if you manually did everything.
I DO care if it has a moderate ban throughout process. If this occurs communication must obviously be made for further discussion. (Account will still be purchased)

Basically what you see is a pure void range pure with minimal HP. These stats need to be Quested as much as possible. (Specific quests can will be discussed once order is in process)

The way the process will be is that I will create the fresh account to my own registered email, set-up everything myself, and provide you with account.
The payments will be made in agreement with the service provider.

First and foremost, I want to talk to service provider to find out price, costs, and time. This will most likely be a payment process of 3 maybe 4 payments if need be which I have no problem with.
The way the payment process will go.
1. I create account.
2. You provide me time/cost/materials/additional misc requirements. (contact, communication, etc)
3. Decide on payment plan.
4. First payment is made.
5. Account is given to service provider.
6. Service provider begins training ASAP. Agreed payments are made throughout accounts progress.
7. Service provider provides updates of account and status.
8. Once last payment is required, payment goes to middleman until last levels/tasks/quests are completed.
9. Once completed, payment from middleman is given to service provider.
10. Once account is created, final payment is made and traded.

Hopefully this is pretty clear and workable with.
I tried to make it as simple, safe and comfortable for all members of all parties.

All i'm here for is a safe account and someone easy, fun and enjoyable to work with.

But yes it could be done I can imagine. Although we wouldn't be using our membership/supplies.
