Both users in questioning are receiving multiple feedback in the same day by the same person? I am not sure on yalls  rules but on other websites this is frowned upon due to feedback Farming. If it’s allowed anyone can purposely make several transactions for multiple feedback.

Technically allowed. They are at most 20+ minutes apart.
