Hello,

 

I tried to log in into one of my bot accounts and it said "invalid username/password." I went to recover my account by email and what caught my eye was that greeting on the email said "Hi Character Name Unavailable". Anyways, I changed my password and still couldn't log in. There is also no trace of my account on hiscores.

 

Is this a perm ban?

 

Any of you had same or similar experiences?

If it were banned, it would have said it's disabled. 

Sounds like they were hacked. A suspicious number of accounts are being hacked recently.. Sounds like a bad script.

did you recently change your name? because you still have to use your original name/email to log in.

If you were banned, it would say your account's disabled, if it says invalid username or password, either you're typing it wrong, or someone hacked you.
