bots per vps

Featured Replies

what is considered a good vps to be able to run at least 5 bots? Core, memory etc details would be nice to know

I think it's about 1gb RAM per client.

You can basically run 5 bots on a 6GB ram even with an i3 for CPU.

Assuming that nothing else is open other than OSB.

To use my build as an example - 10GB ram - i7 2600k and I can run about 7 clients along with browser/discord open.

Everything else on my pc is well out-dated (Geforce 8800GT for a GPU) and don't seem to be a problem on the way the clients run

Thanks a lot!

Osrs -unlike rs3- is purely cpu and ram intensive, so keep this in mind as the most important factors when looking for vps services. Also, keep in mind that if you look on craigslist you can find used servers to set up on your own hella cheap.

Ok so my laptop got 16 gb ram with i7 core. I bought this one a couple of month ago and ive run 10 osbot clients several times without experiencing any problems + having a browser open. The only thing that kinda worries me is how hot my laptop gets lol. 80 °C was my max once
