private int[][][] test;

    @Override
    public void onStart() {
        test = new int[7000][7000][5];
        for (int x = 0; x < test.length; x++) {
            for (int y = 0; y < test[x].length; y++) {
                for (int z = 0; z < test[x][y].length; z++) {
                    test[x][y][z] = 128;
                }
            }
        }

        test = null;
        System.gc();
    }

Put this in your script and it will use about 3 gigs of ram. Dereferencing and forcing gc won't clean up the memory and it will stay in memory even after the script is stopped. Is this a known issue with osbot?

Have you tried it outside of onStart?

I read before the gc methods should be avoided? null referencing should be fine :think:

1. You can't force GC
2. Setting something to null isn't dereferencing, also it doesn't necessarily trigger a GC either

Definitely not an OSBot issue, please just do some googling.
