Mate those are really low stats you're asking for. My advice is make an account yourself and pay someone to get the stats on it. Since they are such low stats it wouldn't even cost you that much. I think around 10-20m for workers and you have a 100% secure account without any chances of it being recovered for basicly the same price.

You could also quest the defence on it to 45 which I would do if I were you.
