Explanation:

I wanted to buy 35m via Paypal, paid and he didn't show up(decided to do 17.5m increments). If someone has to scam for £10 then they must be pretty sad.

Don't know why but i ended up going first. I thought doing a trade in increments wouldn't be as bad as its only £10 a time.

Looks like the user made the mistake of sharing his OSBot account and has been banned for such. I'd encourage you to charge back the payment on PayPal @RichardH95.
