Make sure you have Java 8 installed, if you do already then google and run "Jarfix" utility.

There is no exe, it's an executable jar, you need to launch it with Java.

Thanks, this helped a lot.

P.S. A helpful tip I encountered to check your Java version through Command Prompt is by:
1. Windows key + R (Opens the Run dialog box)
2. type "cmd"
3. Once Command Prompt opens up, type "java -version"

Now you just have to make sure its java version "1.8.XXX"
