It's not a winrar file, it's an executable jar. Run this: https://johann.loefflmann.net/en/software/jarfix/index.html then double click the jar file.
March 27, 20187 yr Thanks, this helped a lot. P.S. A helpful tip I encountered to check your Java version through Command Prompt is by: 1. Windows key + R (Opens the Run dialog box) 2. type "cmd" 3. Once Command Prompt opens up, type "java -version" Now you just have to make sure its java version "1.8.XXX"
