There's none "real" requirements for home-level botting.

Runescape utilizes CPU and RAM.

Average client uses around 1-1.3GB of RAM.

    Can you please explain how you came to the conclusion that he was asking about computer specifications?

    I'm guessing around 20-25M, I don't know much about prices though.
