Explanation:

Sold him 20m OSRS on the 4th of March through Paypal, yesterday charged back on Paypal.

I don't have chat logs or in-game screens, user's Discord has been deleted I think, I can't add him. TuttiFrutti#4647

Only "evidence" is the date of payment and amount matches according to the feedback he left, can send Paypal transaction picture to mod.

Sold him an OSRS bond in the past on another site, on which he is now banned

The user is already banned for scamming, but we'll add this onto their list of repayment if they wish to return.
