Basically leave the normal settings as is for the regular users so that they can keep it simple.

But for more advanced users that use CLI:

Add an option to set the fps via CLI, so instead of having low cpu which sets it by default to 7 or 8. Let us set any fps we want. So instead of doing

-allow lowcpu something like -fps x where x is a number between 1 and 50.

    Its a nice suggestion but there's already a few issues with setting fps too low. This will end up probably worse than setting "mem" too low.
