Explanation: This guy bought 100usd worth 07 gold from me via paypal, and chargeback in 4 hours later after i traded him gold .

Since it's pretty clear that he chargedback, I've gone ahead and banned the user. If they wish to refund they will have to refund you the worth of the trade.
