However I've sold my account multiple times to some stupid goldfarming sites and always recovered it. Now (well actually on 19th may) I sold it again and Jagex's response:

Alright, I’ll lay out a final reply on this issue. I appreciate that the lack of responses you’ve been getting is a cause of frustration for you, so it’s for the best that I state our position on this account for the last time.

 

As things stand, we will not be returning control of the account to you. We gave several ‘last chance’ offers in previous instances where you sold and reclaimed the account. I understand you have protested that the account was stolen from you, but we have more than enough evidence to prove it was sold – this is not a decision we make lightly, after all. Since these warnings were ignored, we have no reason to believe that you will keep your word this time.

 

You say you’ve learnt a lesson, and I truly hope that is the case since I would welcome you to continue playing Runescape – but you will need to play a new account, as you have unfortunately relinquished any ownership claim to ********. This is not negotiable, and we will not be granting you access for any reason.

 

In terms of what happens to the account now, this is something which we are continuing to monitor. If it transpires that the account is still a problem for the community, we will remove it from play. However, this is our decision since Jagex reserves the right to prevent or grant access to an account depending on what is in the best interests of the RuneScape community. If an account owner sells an account, as has happened in this case, the subsequent activity of that account is no longer that previous owner’s concern.

 

We will no longer be providing any further responses about this issue, as we consider the matter closed. You are welcome to contact us about other problems or alternate accounts, but any further messages from you regarding ******** will be ignored. I don’t mean to sound harsh, but I just want to be as clear as possible so you are not frustrated further.

The account had 3 owners. The creator lived in germany moved to usa (I don't know him L) gave it to my best rs friend who lives in germany but at an other location then the creator lived. Then he gave it to me (I played on it for 1 1/2 years and I got ALL informations and the second owner is willing to help me) and ye I sold it and now I lost it L. So the account is something like a whore or idk. Every1 played with it I actually live in Austria.

 

Do you believe that I have any chance to reclaim it ? How shall I go on.

Not in my case. I'm so addicivte I just transfered money from pp to multiple pp accounts and then to irl. When I got my money I recovered it if they opened a dispute I showed paypal pics of how they said they won't chargeback and then I won. Only once I lost a dispute but then I left paypal with some bucks -

 

I'm sure I've never harmed any private guys only those chinese farmers.

The moral of this story is... Don't scam.

Haha usually I'd be against scamming but, given the victim, that's pretty damn hilarious. Even if you don't get it back, which you probably won't, I'd say you came out the winner still If you were whoring out the account it probably wasn't that important to you anyway it sounds. Runescape is a game after all.

Jagex is pretty straight when they speak. i think that your account is now gone permanently, i would just re-bot the same account if it's even worth the trouble lol
