Explanation: I believe that rickgill49 is scamming me. Keeps pushing deadlines back, assured me that the service would be complete for sure last night. No contact since then. I logged into the account this morning to check status and all valuables had been liquidated and traded off the account. Full disclosure, I said that he could sell a few items to cover an additional quest (goblin diplomacy). He sold all my runes, armor, and teleport tabs and removed all GP from the account. About 1-1.25m total. This is the main reason I do not believe the service is going to be completed, as there are no questing supplies left on the account. Kinda hard to do a questing service if you sell off all weapons/armor/teleports and remove all the gold reserved for supplies from the account.

As the user seems to have multiple dispute open now for scam quitting, I've gone ahead and banned them. If he wishes to return he'll need to return the value of what was lost. Sorry for your loss.
