Explanation: So i wanted to buy 25M 07 rsgp from joha and he said PP was okay, i went first due to protection i have from paypal but he scammed me and just logged off on discord as you can see in the screenshots of the chat.

    As the user has not responded within the time allotted I've gone ahead and banned them. If they wish to return they'll need to refund you - I encourage you to open a PayPal dispute though.
