Hey man. I have 4 accounts that might catch your interest. Zulrah accounts cost anywhere from 70-100m. I have these accounts that have the prayer, defence, range, and mage levels that you are requesting but do not have the quest. I can sell you these accounts for 25m a piece (has mems till 3/11) and then you can pay someone to service the questing portion for you for approx 15-20m per account so essentially you would be spending 40-45m per account vs 70-100m.
