I gave https://osbot.org/forum/profile/214874-winkiemous/  an account do some stats on 2/19, I left him a neutral feedback because he is unable to give me any updates on the order/ respond me for 2 weeks while he is active on the forum/ seeking more orders.

He returned the neutral feedback which is a false feedback and should be removed.
