Basically, you control one account, and all your other accounts copy the first account's actions. I wrote a primitive multiboxing client using OSBot that mimics mouse clicks. It's a proof of concept, but I'm not 100% sure if I'll be investing more time into its development just yet. The use case within RuneScape is fairly limited.
