help - cant reply on topics?

Hey guys, I've been botting for almost ever ( mainly on other websites ) but still had this account from ages ago, but I Cant seem to reply to topics in services ( looking to buy accounts for my farm ) is there a post limit before you can,

you cant reply to topic in the accounts section with 100 post count. All other forum sections you should be able to.
