I asked what was up, he couldn't really explain. When buying the account, he said an IRL friend was original owner of the account and it the chances of it being recovered were very small. He said he was gonna refund 200M (Since I got some levels on the account aswell). You can keep this thread invisible, just wanna make a note for the staff that you know about it.
